Is there a return-policy?
Plankroad.com does not accept returns on any purchases. All sales are final.

How do I pay?
Payment terms are credit card only. We accept Visa, Master Card and American express. Even if you have an account set up with terms at Eastern Accents, Feathersound, Leyla’s or Savoy you must prepay with a credit card.

Is there a minimum?
Plankroad.com has no minimum but we do have limited stock. Therefore stock is subject to change at anytime. Some items may be available in large quantities while we only have a few in others. Please call us if you need more than a few of particular item.

How does shipping work?
Allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Although we are able to process and ship your order within a few days, we sometimes need extra time. There is a minimum shipping and handling fee of $15 or 7% of the total order, whichever is higher. Your order will ship regular ground service, which arrives in 5-7 business days. Please call us if you would like us to quote you for the order to ship overnight or second day.

Do you have more items available besides what is it on the web?
Only a fraction of what we have in stock is featured on our website. Don’t hesitate to call us with any special requests or come and visit us if you’re in the Chicago area. Please note that different pricing applies to item that are not featured on the website.
